Returns

We carefully inspect each product before shipping to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
After this period, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging


Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at
info@woodbrandpr.com within 14 days of delivery with proof, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Refunds

Once the merchandise is recovered, received, and inspected, you will be notified if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your order is handed over to the postal service, delivery times and package movement depend on the carrier. While we are always available to help guide you, Wood Brand PR is not responsible for delays, holds, loss, or damage caused by the postal service.


Packages in Transit or Lost

  • No refunds will be issued while a package is in transit or held by the carrier.

  • If a package is delayed or misrouted to another location, we kindly ask for your patience while the carrier completes its process.

  • In the case of lost packages, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • Refunds for lost packages are not guaranteed.


Missing or Late Refunds

If your refund has been approved but has not yet appeared:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer
